Andrew, Cameron and Aaron bring over 30 years of experience and make the ideal trio to work hand in hand with you throughout the purchase process.
With a rich understanding of the Fruit & Veg industry, the team has an extensive knowledge specialising in all Melon varieties as well as Pumpkin, Onions, Shallots and Brussel Sprouts grown locally in WA, and exported around Australia from August through until Jan each year.
The trio not only knows their way around produce, but they also are highly skilled salesmen who enjoy working closely with growers, to ensure DPD receives the best quality produce possible.
Andrew, Cameron & Aaron
Karmelo, Scott and Kieren have a combined experience of close to 30 years and an unwavering passion for the industry.
The team specialise in Capsicum, Eggplant, Zucchini, Green Cucumbers, Continental Cucumbers, Lebanese Cucumbers, Beans, Chillies, Paprika, and Okra.
With limited product lines comes a tailored advice and support. The team have a deep understanding of the products and the industry which in turn equates to better prices for growers and a more consistent supply for buyers.
Karmelo, Scott & Kieren
Craig, Leon and Darren together share over 60 years of combined experience in the fresh produce industry.
The team specialise in White Mushrooms, Field, Port, Swiss and a variety of Pre - Packaged Mushrooms, Baby Corn, Snow Peas and Sugar Snaps.
The team’s enthusiasm for the industry is reflected in their dedication to ensuring their suppliers and loyal customers only receive the best.
Craig, Leon & Darren
The team is composed of Joe and Paul. Having both grown up on Market gardens, Joe and Paul have a strong background in all aspects of the fresh produce industry, with over 30 years of sales experience between them.
Their speciality ranges from Strawberries, Blueberries, Asparagus and Baby Broccoli, to loose salads.
With a history and reputation at the Market Gardens, the team have insight on the fresh produce industry like no one else. This reputation is what allows them to have, to this day, a strong customer base and grower relationships that assure you they know their way around the Perth Markets.
Joe & Paul
Together our warehouse team Rod,& Candy have more than 35 years of combined experience in the fresh produce industry.
The team are responsible for all facets of receivals, dispatch, stock control and deliveries within the market place.
Their energy and enthusiasm towards their work is enough to liven anyone’s day.
The Warehouse Team
Chris and Dave form an integral part of our sales floor team.
This dynamic duo are responsible for ensuring customers orders are put together in a timely and professional manner so our forklift operators can deliver to our buyers warehouses or bays.
Chris and Dave have excellent knowledge of all the product lines as well as checking the quality of fruit and vegetables being sold.

Damian Lee – Chief Executive Officer
With over 30 years of experience in the fresh produce industry, Damian leads D.P.D with a hands-on, people-first approach.
His background includes:

Damian is known for driving culture, performance, and long-term partnerships across growers, retailers, and food-service clients.
Our Office Team
We’re proud of the dedicated admin team that keeps D.P.D operating at a high standard every single day.
Trish – Administration Manager
Trish oversees the full Administration function, including Office Operations, Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, and HR.
Brooke – Grower Accounts & HPA Agreements
Brooke manages HPA agreements, new grower account setups, grower payments, and all grower enquiries unrelated to produce sales.
Jenny – Payroll & Debtors
A valued team member for 22 years, Jenny handles Payroll and Debtors enquiries. She works closely with Trish, who also manages Eastern States accounts and levies.
Andrea – Human Resources
Andrea oversees HR matters and is your point of contact for HR support or messages.
Amanda – Quality Assurance
Amanda manages our Quality Assurance Certificates, compliance documentation, and testing requirements.
